Eilyan Bitar, associate professor (ECE), is leading a Collaborative Research Partnership grant from the Atkinson Center for a Sustainable Future and The Nature Conservancy that will explore how greater proportions of wind and solar renewable energy can be integrated into power grids while minimizing impacts to natural lands.
