Breakthrough work on power electronics in Ga₂O₃ by Wenchen Li, graduate student in Dr. Huili (Grace) Xing's group,  has been spotlighted in the Journal of Applied Physics Express.  Li was invited to give to talk about this work at the 235th Electrochemical Society Meeting.  His talk was entitled: "High-Voltage Beta-Ga2O3 Vertical Power Diodes and Transistors with Fin Channels" and took place on May 26-30, 2019 in Dallas, Texas.
